Personal use
Second homes, relocation, retirement, a countryside house to restore, or an ordinary city home near a station. Rural akiya are one option here, not the default.
Investment
Tenanted houses, small apartment buildings, and renovation projects held for rent. We show current rent, occupancy, and running costs from the seller's figures, and mark projections as projections.
The operating stack
Japan Owners Club came out of Tokai Owners Club, a Japanese owners' circle founded in Nagoya in 2014 by Noritaka Kato (加藤至貴). The companies below are the ones we work through every week.

Some opportunities come through our local network before, or without, broad public marketing, and we cannot distribute those to everyone. Membership is how serious buyers see them while they prepare.
